Bill Goggin Joins EMC Planning Group as Biologist

September 3, 2010—Monterey, CA. EMC Planning Group, a full service land use and environmental planning firm, is excited to announce Bill Goggin has joined its team as a Biologist/Senior Planner.

Bill graduated from Humbolt State University with a degree in Wildlife Management and has over 17 years of professional experience in biology, advanced ecological studies, environmental planning, and associated environmental regulatory compliance support. Bill has worked on numerous large projects throughout the Pacific region, most recently in the San Francisco Bay Area, Central Valley, and California Coast.

Bill has extensive agency coordination and regulatory permit preparation experience and has completed numerous successful U.S. Army Corps of Engineers wetland delineations. He has also prepared and processed creek protection permits and biological and sensitive species habitat assessments pursuant to Section 7 Consultation with the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Bill has worked on numerous large projects throughout the Pacific Northwest region, most recently in the San Francisco Bay Area, Central Valley, and California Coast.
