Office Assistant

We are currently seeking a pleasant, energetic, multi-tasked person to assist with in office duties and tasks. The ideal candidate will provide services regarding all office assistant activities including, but not limited to: answering phones, general office assignments, bookkeeping, file management, scheduling appointments, composing memos, generating reports, making travel arrangements, event planning, and ordering supplies. Also acts as backup to the Executive and Administrative Assistants. Other duties may be assigned depending on experience level.


  • Minimum 3 years related experience;
  • Basic accounting knowledge/skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent proofreading skills; and
  • Product quality control.
