Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our firm’s marketing program.

The ideal candidate will provide services regarding all marketing activities including, but not limited to: graphics and document production, collateral development, promotions, corporate web site development, proposals, presentations, client communication, public relations, and event management. Analytical and clear and concise writing skills, as well as excellent communication skills, are required.

Experience (must meet all minimum requirements for consideration):

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, plus a minimum of five years of experience in marketing and desktop publishing.
  • Proficiency with design software, content management systems, and productivity suites: Adobe Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat), WordPress, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ESRI GIS proficiency is a plus.


  • Leadership and implementation of company marketing program, including, but not limited to, copywriting, design and production of advertising/marketing materials (e-newsletters, flyers, brochures, conference displays and other assistance with marketing program), proofreading, editing, web site administration, multi-media presentation preparation, office forms design, electronic scanning, development and maintenance of in-house desktop publishing procedures, review and make recommendations for improvements to in-house styles and templates
  • Manage/complete all production-related functions including graphic design, report layout and design, coordination with vendors for reproduction, and electronic publishing 
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Building brand awareness and positioning
  • Manage social media marketing and content marketing
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets
  • Train staff on various design software as needed
  • Provides assistance/support for the Administrative Assistant when necessary
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned


  • Demonstrated organizational skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and work ethic focused on high quality products.
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Management Ability - Directs completion of projects on time and within budget.  Manages competing demands.  Organizes time, tasks, space, and records.  Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.  Contributes to building a positive team spirit and fosters good communication, critical thinking, and achievement of high standards.  Maintains communication with clients, sub-consultants, and other participants.
