Available Position
Biologist/Planner
We are currently seeking a Biologist/Planner holding a B.S. or B.A. with a minimum of five years of experience in natural resource assessment. The candidate’s degree should be in biology, ecology, natural sciences, or a relevant science or technical field. Duties will depend on experience level and may include preparing biological impact analyses, surveys for special status species and habitats, wetland delineation, coordinating and/or preparing biological resource sections of environmental and land use documents, and preparing applications for and managing natural resource permits. Experience with CEQA/NEPA, GIS, and Microsoft Office is required. Experience with GPS technologies, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is a plus.
